Ask: What is the best immunotherapy option for this condition? Also ask: What should I expect from this treatment?

Talk to people who have used the treatment prescribed. Side effects can cause you to lose your appetite. I lost from 234 to 130. Skin and bones. But, I'm now 180 pounds and cancer free five years.
