Treated with tafinlar and mek for 3 years. Stage 4 brain. When do the symptoms stop? Also radiation and surgery.

I have stage 4 melanoma. Can Desmoplastic have a little more pigment. It’s shiny and looks a scar but it’s not. Also a half inch.
