High protein and low carbs is what I am doing and I highly recommend it. Best wishes for success in treatment!

Maintaining a balanced diet is crucial, especially during advanced melanoma treatment. Here are some tips to help with your nutrition and energy levels:

- Protein: Include lean protein sources like chicken, fish, eggs, low-fat dairy products, and nuts to support healing and your immune system.
- Carbohydrates: Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains for energy and essential vitamins and minerals.
- Supplements: Consult your doctor before adding any supplements, as too much of certain nutrients can be harmful and may interfere with cancer treatment.
- Hydration: Ensure you stay hydrated, as it can help with overall energy levels and digestion.

If you're struggling with appetite and nutrition, consider asking your doctor for a referral to a dietitian who can help create a personalized eating plan.
